TODAY’S WORD…

Until I became a believer I had been acting in ignorance;

and the grace of our Lord filled me with faith

REFLECTION…

.

St Paul’s conversion is an example of a miracle of grace;

only by the mercy of God could he have been changed

to become the Apostle of the Gentiles

and such a faithful minister of the Gospel.

.

Christ is incessantly knocking at the door of our heart

and it is up to us to welcome Him and His abundance of grace.

He is merciful and forgiving and always ready to receive the repentant sinner.

By His grace we will be changed.

PRAYER…

.

My Lord and my God,

how ignorant I was until I truly got to know You;

until I took a good look at myself

and realised, and admitted,

that the path I had taken was leading me in the wrong direction.

.

Lord, You touched me

and, with the help of Your grace, my eyes were opened

and You changed me

and You made me whole.

.

For this, I am forever thankful Lord,

because in You I have found the Way, the Truth and the life.

.

Thank You, my Lord, my God, my Saviour!.
