The first issue of the “LAMP…” was on the 28th of January 2011.  We started our blog on WordPress on the 30th April 2013.  Content, sourcing, and adaptation by “Galatian”.   Main source is the Navarre Bible & Commentaries (and, since December 2015, the seven-volume work  “In Conversation with God” by Padre Francisco Fernandez Carvajal).  Pictures sourced by “Galatian”.

The CHRIST THE KING PRAYER GROUP meets in the basement crypt of the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy in San Pawl tat-Targa, Naxxar, Malta, every Monday (except the first Monday of each month) at 19:30.  During the summer months our meetings start at 20:00.  Entrance to the crypt is through the iron gate on the right hand side of the church (as you face it).

EVERYONE is very welcome to attend.

The Group was founded by the late and sadly missed Monsignor Maurice Grech in 1988, within the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in Malta.

The Christ the King Prayer Group also incorporates the MEN FOR CHRIST PRAYER MINISTRY, which caters specifically for male spirituality.

The MEN FOR CHRIST PRAYER MINISTRY meets every first Monday of each month at 20:00, in the basement crypt of the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy in San Pawl tat-Targa, Naxxar, MALTA.  Entrance to the crypt is through the iron gate on the right hand side of the church (as you face it).

ALL men are very welcome to attend.

The Ministry was founded in 1997 by a group of men attending the Christ the King prayer group.
