O Lord, my God,

do I truly revere You

by my words, my thoughts and my deeds?

.

Do I serve You in sincerity and in faithfulness,

or do I, in fact, selfishly and foolishly serve two masters?

.

Lord, come and take over,

and remove from me all that isn’t from you.

.

Come, Lord, I have decided.

I want to serve You and only You.

Please help me in my decision

and give me strength, self-control and perseverance,

and, above all, fill me with a great love for You.
