TODAY’S WORD…
.
Jesus warned,
“There will always be temptations to sin,
but what sorrow awaits the person who does the tempting!”
.
– Luke 17:1 (NLT)
.
.
.
REFLECTION…
.
We must not tempt others by any means,
and bring them to do what is morally wrong and sinful.
.
If we, through entrapment, charm, allure or seduction,
suggestion or encouragement,
deceit or whichever act
persuade and cause others to do wrong (in deed or in thought),
and to break any of God’s commandments,
we will be gravely responsible for our action.
.
The person who leads others into sin,
by whichever means,
destroys their souls.
Such action disrupts, corrupts, defiles and ruins.
.
That is why God is so opposed
to anyone who tempts others to sin,
and why these are so guilty in His eyes.
That is why Jesus is so definite when He warns:
“what sorrow awaits the person who does the tempting!”

REPETITIVE PRAYER FOR TODAY…
.
Lord, help me always spread love and virtue…and never immorality.
