The Lord reassures us

“Don’t be afraid, for I am with you!

Don’t be frightened, for I am your God!

I strengthen you – yes,

I help you – yes,

I uphold you with my saving right hand!” (Isa 41:10)

Those of us who have faith in the Lord,

reach out for His hand.

and He picks us up

and places us back on the right path,

and His Spirit consoles and strengthens us

and fills us with incomparable inner joy.

The Lord never gives up on us.

and we must never give up on the Lord!
